The meeting registration fee includes course materials, admission to the sessions and exhibits. All registrants must pay the full registration fee. Spouses and accompanying guests who wish to attend the session must register.
Registration is online only. Contact email@example.com with any questions.
All cancellations must be received in writing to be considered for refund. Cancellations on or before July 25, 2021, will receive a 100% refund. Cancellations on or before August 25, 2021, will receive a 50% refund. No refunds will be issued for cancellations after August 25, 2021. All refunds are subject to a $25 processing fee.
