The Americas Hernia Society Annual Meeting mission is to provide a professional forum for exchange of information and education regarding historic, current, and future methods of diagnosis and treatment of abdominal wall pathology. This year’s Presidential Theme “Advancing Abdominal Core Health” will focus on the dynamic expansion of our field, complexity of disease and operations, and scope of practice. Connect virtually with both on-demand content and a live plenary session with surgeons from around the world. We are pleased to announce an exceptionally distinguished and inspirational group of surgeons as our AHS Keynote Speakers with Professor Craig Smith from Columbia University, Dean Julie Freishlag from Wake Forest, and Professor Edward Felix our 2020 Nyhus Wantz Award Recipient. Given the extraordinary global circumstances of this virtual meeting, the AHS is offering this content free of charge as a service to our membership and the surgical community. We thank our societal partners for their ongoing support and will work to continue our reach and impact to improve the field for patients and surgeons. Registration is free for all attendees.
